First time ordering through the Costco Website for my AT&T account at 8am ...took about 25 mins. Got hung for the first 10 minutes and I had to start over. Smooth process thereafter and totally worth it for the extra $100 Costco Card and $50 in bill credits!

Yep, I did! Went with the natural TI and it is back on for the 20th. A case will be used, indeed. iPhones are way to slippery with no case.
