Ironically, the bug reporter seems to be bugged - I haven't been able to get it to work and the notification in NC can't be dismissed.

There are quite a few posts about it. Seems to be quite buggy (ironic) and crashing for many users.
You can remove it from the notification center by going to setting> Notifications
Then just drag it to "do not include"

Almost unusable for me. It signs me out every time it crashes.. It's forced me to use a very simple iCloud password, so I can sign in again. Sigh... Hopefully they'll fix this one in B1b
I've submitted two bugs. The first time it took about 3 minutes to load the login page and about another minute to let me log in. Typed out the relevant text, hit send and it was off. Second bug submission took only a few seconds to load.
I liked that I didn't have to package up relevant log files - the app did that automatically. Consider this - the app could be aggregating/collecting log files, which could explain the length of time to load the first time - just a thought...
