iPhone XS Max Bug since updates to latest iOS- calls go direct to voicemail

I'm on 13.2 and it seems this bug started at around 13.1

I think it has something to do with wifi calls too - seems to happen more on wifi rather than cell coverage. I also have tmobile.

any ideas for a fix?

No fix but same problem.

all calls -even those from people in contacts? There is a settings phone - silence unknown callers that sends not in contacts, not having been called recently, etc. directly to voice mail. Check that setting

I’m so glad I haven’t encountered this issue that would drive me nuts
