iPod touch Bug with iplayer after 2.2 update

UpDated with no obvious issues, but kept getting "not connected to Internet warning"
Just tried BBC iplayer and got a warning on when trying to watch a program stating " sorry programmes can only be watched over a wifi connection". Aargh. Any advice appreciated before I restore to 2.1
 
I don't get the "not connected" warning, but I do get the iPlayer warning. I wonder if that can be fixed on the BBC side of things.
