Hi, I normally always backup all of my photos videos to my MacBook or external drive by importing all data through IMAGE CAPTURE in my MacBook pro by connecting the iPhone.

IT had never failed.

But today, its something weird.
I have connected my iPhone X to my MacBook Pro and opened IMAGE CAPTURE and did import all as usual.
But after 200-300 imports, its not doing more.
It just keeps on revolving and if I open iTunes, it says phone is no responding.
That means, the phone is stopping to copy after few minutes.

What could it be ?

I have 2700 files on my iPhone X and I need to get them all to my MacBook pro asap.
Kindly assist!

Have you tried force restart and small batches (50-70 files)? Any issues? Also have you tried another port/cable (basic but helps in most cases)?
