bugreporter, refresh in design

    not a question; just sharing:

    Apple redesigned the bugreporter; looks very different now. A bit like the design of iCloud. Less color. Not too bad. I liked what I saw

    I don't care that much about how it looks. Is it easier to use?

    My biggest complaint with Apple's bug reporting system is "closed as duplicate"

    They close your bug report as a duplicate, and send you the bug number of the existing bug, which you can't open because you did not originate the bug.

    I actually logged this as a bug.

    Guess what they did? Closed the bug as a duplicate, and sent me the original bug number, which I couldn't open. I'm not making this up.

    At least they act consistent; annoying but consistent :eek:

    But agree, that "standard procedure" is not very satisfying.

    Well the old one was still OS9 Aqua web objects....
    So about time.
