Bugs - Apple Wallet and backup issues

1- Wallet - I am unable to add a credit card to Wallet. My previous cards are gone.
2- Backup - I am unable to do a new iCloud backup, or delete an old backup to my iPhone 6 Plus. Anyone else?

Wallets fine for me on my 6+ but same issues with Backup not working and unable to delete old one. It is in the Release Notes that iCloud Backups will report a size of 0 bytes, though, so if you see that it's expected.

Got wallet working by erasing and reinstalling. Still no iCloud backup though.
