Bugs on iPhone 6 running iOS 10.1.1

my sister's iPhone 6 has been updated to iOS 10.1.1 and we just found out that the weather and health apps keep crashing as soon as we open them. Also the weather widget wont load any info. How can we fix this?

Have you tried restarting? Perhaps resetting network settings if not even all settings?

yes, we tried that but the problem is still there. I am sure it is a bug because the other apps work just fine.

A bug means everyone has the same problem. You hava a isolated incident.
Restore the telephone WITHOUT a backup and se if makes a different.
