hi guys im trying to build a pc on the cheap (yes im prob gona stick leopard on there but its primarily for games)

    so far looks like this:

    2x Arianet 2GB PC2-6400 DDR2 SDRAM

    Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200

    ATI Radeon HD 4870

my question - is the 2mb cache on the processor so small that its going to prevent me getting the power from the gfx card? im worried it might not be able to feed the gpu all the data it needs

Asus P5Q PRO P45 Socket 775 8 Channel Audio ATX Motherboard

    kosher?

hmm, i've been told this processor is crap and to go core duo or amd phenom, which would you reccomend? Worth going up to a 4mb cache?

The E5200 is a great processor and it overclocks quite well.
