Is there any way I can make it compatible without actuly hacking just install leopard if I buy the right parts?

You would have to buy an Apple motherboard, meaning you'd need to buy Xeon processors, DDR3 RAM, and be limited to a real Apple GT 120 and real or flashed 4870.

Just buy a Mac Pro. It's cheaper than that.
