Built in sound card is gone?

Hi all

From one day to another my built-in output device has disappeared from the output list. My built-in speakers and mic dont work. If I connect headphones I get sound.

Anybody know a solution for this problem?

Really feel this 2016 13" MacBook Pro is the most buggy Mac I ever owned.
