Resolved Bulk remove downloaded Apple Music songs?

Ideally I would like to remove every downloaded song in a playlist without deleting the songs themselves.

Do that in Settings > General > iPhone Storage. There is a tile for "All Songs." Touch Edit and delete them all at once.
