I need to convert 60-70 videos which are in either mpg or wmv to flv.

What's the best app to do this? I was looking for VisualHub, but I see it's not made anymore, and what succeeded it is a sort of work-in-progress app.

Any other suggestions? Can be freeware or shareware.

I guess ffmpegx be one idea but I'd like something where I can just give it a list of files or drag/drop a whole folder and let it convert them itself instead of manually doing it for each one.

IMO, visualhub is still the best out there. Yes it's no longer supported but it still works great even in Snow Leopard.

MPEG Streamclip (www.squared5.com) can do batch converting via its Batch List (CMD + B).

When you put the files in there you will be asked what target format you want to use and which codec and so on.
Then you click on Go and some hours later (if the files are long) you have your whole set of files converted.
