Is anyone experiencing endless delays from this company? I am starting to worry I am getting scammed here. Below is my history of this order.
11/5: Pre-ordered iPhone 12 Pro Max Bullstrap Portfolio Case in the Sienna color with a ship date of 12/4 on their website.
12/5: Emailed support asking if my order had been shipped since the ship date has passed. Was told it’s delayed and now the ship date is a vague “Mid December”.
12/16: Emailed support asking where my tracking info was now that we are into mid December. Was told that “Due to unforeseen delays, all Bourbon and Sienna iPhone 12 Pro Max orders will be shipped early next week” (12/21)
12/22: Emailed support saying that my Christmas gift will now not be arriving in time and asking for a update given they have now missed their THIRD stated ship date for the 21st. Was given a $10 refund and no explanation why (can only assume because of the repeated delay) and no information on when this will be shipped out.
Incredibly frustrating to have the goal post moved three times on me, with still no idea when they’re going to actually ship. Terrible customer service so far and beginning to get pretty annoyed and concerned. Anyone else dealt with someone similar from this company?
