We don't know for sure yet but it's likely they're unloading the sub-par cases from earlier in the season as "samples" to make a quick buck on those of us that don't read thoroughly enough before pulling the trigger. What was the issue on these sample sale cases again?
I fell for it too lol. I even got usps tracking from Boca Raton FL so I guess they’ve stepped up their customer service. Hope they’re not all bad. I’ll report back once I get mine in but how bad can it be…We don't know for sure yet but it's likely they're unloading the sub-par cases from earlier in the season as "samples" to make a quick buck on those of us that don't read thoroughly enough before pulling the trigger.
If it’s anything like the first batch cases which we received at launch keep your expectations really low. Those were horrible quality. That said, even as bad as they were it’s only $20 bucks or whatever so 🤷🏻♂️I fell for it too lol. I even got usps tracking from Boca Raton FL so I guess they’ve stepped up their customer service. I use Bickmore saddle soap. It’s a conditioner/cleaner/protectant. It’s works great and my grandpa used to use it when I was little. You can even find it on Amazon now. Don’t worry about ruining the Andar case. It’s because you tried it on apple leather. They use a heavy painted coating and that’s why it didn’t work well. I have both Andar and bullstrap cases and I can confirm that multiple leather conditioners work incredibly well with their cases. 😎🔥👍🏼I got the Andar Aspen yesterday. Very good quality. I see Technically Tee is currently using one and mentions he uses Andar leather conditioner? Anyone else use conditioner on their leather cases? I did once on an Apple leather case and it ruined it.. Made it all sticky. I'm in the UK. Any leather conditioner's anyone can recommend?

I usually do it like once a week. But it all depends on the leather. The cool thing about real leather cases is that they’re not created equal. For example, my camel tan Andar is never dry and it looks great. But my merlot tends to get dry often. So I just add some conditioner to it when I feel like it’s getting really dry.Thanks. How often do you condition it?
Yessss, this! Especially with my mame tame beard oil. It smells amazing 🔥I’ve taken to intentionally handling my leather right after I apply beard oil, rubbing it into the corners and around the camera where you don’t normally see patina. Needless to say it feels lovely.
