Shame about the Volvo amd4me, but unfortunately they do tend to turn into one big crumple zone if you hit something. I hope your insurance covers it.
Dammit, I told him not to use the current version of Parallels with his car. But amd4me just never listens to good advice around here. *sigh*Probably that it crashed.

Now, I knew about "bum" in British English, but I've never heard the other meaning of "bummer" before.
It looks like your bags popped - did they?
If so, it's a LOT more expensive to fix - and some situations, popped bags = total loss - without the insurance company even showing up to photograph it.

Edit: Your windows are really dark - so what I thought was a deflated bag, is actually the passenger seat under sunlight.
Providing the frame isn't totally jacked - likely will be repaired. Looks like ~3500 worth of damage to my eyes. (assuming frame is okay)
