good to hear. Mine just shipped yesterday but coming via fedex ground so not expecting until next week :(

but glad I did purchase it.

i am sorry if this has already been stated but can someone please let me know if you can replicate the reception issues with the bumper on? thanks!

Does the bumper cover any buttons? Or are there holes for all the buttons to poke through?

Seems like the bumper is a lot thinner than I originally anticipated. Is that correct? Seems to hug the iPhone very well. Is it bulky/thick? How does it feel in your hand? Comfortable?

Can someone with a bumper answer my question from before?

I can or at least the signal goes down when I pick it up!

eh....I still think naked is the way to go. I have a sliding case for my 3g for protection in my pocket and when I use the phone I use it naked.

Its so cool looking - why cover it up? And I am not understanding the signal loss with bumper questions - are people claiming the bumper prevents signal loss?

I assume that you are much more steady-handed than myself, but I dropped my first iPhone and it shattered like a windshield. After that, I got the rubberized Agent 18 Flower Vest and when it was dropped, no damage at all.

That's sort of why...for us slippery-fingers. I also don't like the fingerprints and scratching that happens.

Looks like some earphones aren't going to fit though; the Shure e3c for example which have a thicker plug area around the jack.

use a knife to make the plastic thinner. Works

it does go in and out of the pocket easy enough

yes I do have the signal going down issue without the bumper in as described on the front page (Vodafone UK 3G)

have you not seen pics? there are holes for all the buttons.

Yes, I have seen the pics thanks. I just couldn't tell if those were the metal buttons or if there was a bit of plastic covering those as well. Also, someone in this very thread stated "The buttons on the bumper rattle when I put the phone down". I was confused due to conflicting information. Thanks for your answer, but there was no need to be a smart ass.

+1 thumbs up here for the bumpers too, very smart. Got mine in the apple store Glasgow with my phone this morning. Only black available

£25 though

Is the lip that goes to the front and back hard plastic or rubber? I want something that won't slip on a table or sitting in the car. I think rubber wouldn't but hard plastic might be just as slippery as the phone is. I see the sides around the band are rubber, but if you can tell me about the overlap, I would really appreciate it.

I passed up on a Bumper Case for now...I need a case that covers nearly everything as I am a bit clumsy with my iphone :c)

Here's an unboxing/demo video of the bumper that someone just posted on YouTube.

I wasn't originally planning on getting the bumper, but I've been experiencing the signal drop issue with my new iPhone 4 holding it in my left hand. Sounds like the bumper will solve this, so I'll head over to the Apple Store this morning to pick one up before they sell out.

youre right, i do apologize. sorry for my comment.

Do you have one? Do the buttons make it look cheap, or do they make the volume more difficult to control?

Im pretty sure they are the same exact buttons used in the actual phone...they work just as good too
