I just ordered my iphone 4 - I live in Canada.

I know that you can get a free bumper in the USA - how do I get one in Canada? Are they free? Can I just walk into my Apple Store and ask for one?

Invisible shield sucks, if you want a good screen protector get a power support or SGP.

Yep! The invisible shield has an orange peel texture and really degrades the quality of the iPhone 4 screen. These will barely feel/look like they are there. Hope I helped 🙂
