Bumping threads in the Marketplace

One idea could be to have more sub-forums in the marketplace, one for desktops, one for laptops, one for software, etc etc.

This way, each thread would stay on the first page for longer, reducing the need for bumping.

Maybe, but I think the biggest reason people bump is how long the article stays on the New Posts view, which combines all forums. And adding forums has no impact on that, AFAIK. 🙁
