Burn to DVD through iDVD

I'm trying to burn my Final Cut Express project through iDVD and it always tells me I'm using a unknown format. Any suggestions

What are you Sequence settings in FCE?

Normally in FCE you'd go to File->Export->QuckTime Movie and make a self-contained or reference movie, then drop the resulting file in iDVD.
