iPod burn track order unable to change?

Hi.

Unable to change the order of tracks/move tracks in itunes in a playlist I created to burn to a cd.
Song drags but just jumps back to original location.
Shuffle is off.

Same problem ,here. I just put my playback unit on shuffle and all is well.
