Burned out pixel

Is it normal, that Apple Watch (bought back in June 2015) has burned out pixels after one year of use? I have used back backgroud (Modular Watch face) and it burned out batery indicator complication to the screen .. Of course, warranty is over so I can do basically nothing ... 😡

Did you happen to purchase it using a credit card with extended warranty coverage? If so, you can file a claim to get reimbursed the out of warranty replacement cost.
