So I'm running into a frustrating problem.

I recently got iTunes Match (to save space), uploaded my entire 20k song library to the cloud and now just stream my songs to my devices/machines. Works great. I deleted the original mp3 versions of everything - because, why would I need them? And I'm under the impression if I need a local copy of a song, I can just download it from the cloud.. although the downloaded file will be in AC3 format or whatever.

But - how on earth to burn an MP3 CD from a playlist? Say I make a Playlist titled "MP3 Playlist", then drag about 100 songs into it. I tried to burn an MP3 CD and it obviously wouldnt let me. Then I selected all the songs in the playlist and tried to do a batch "Create Mp3 Version".. but the mp3 versions of the songs don't show up in my playlist. Where are they? In the main music library? It doesn't seem so, other then a few songs, because when I search in spotlight, only like 3 or 4 songs are in mp3 format.

Should I select them all, and select "Download"? But then, once I do that, how do I locate only those newly downloaded songs to THEN convert to mp3 and THEN drag into my MP3 playlist to burn for a car ready mp3 cd?

This is really convoluted 🙁 All I want to do is a burn a CD with like 120 songs on it in mp3 format. Was my main mistake deleting my original mp3s?

Anybody else have a workaround for this? Would be greatly helpful. Sucks only listening to 15 song CDs in my car as I'm on the road a lot.
