iPod Burning playlists to Cd-R

Is it possible for me to burn a podcast or music video to CD? I'm trying to make a mix CD for when i don't have my iPod with me and i want to burn one song that i only have in podcast format and one that is in Music Video format. I know i can't record it with video, but can i record them to a cd??

I Know there is a way - but i'm not sure how... have you tries a different burning utility like nero etc
