burning with dvdrecord from dvdrtools port, how to access dvdburner from cli?

Whenever I run dvdrecord -scanbus I do not get any positive results.

I'm trying to burn an iso file from the command line like this:

sudo dvdrecord dev=? -isosize TW.iso

does anyone know how to access the dvd burner through the command line?
