I got this from an injury/repetitive motion and it's a real pain, literally, and it's no fun getting older and not being able to continue sports as much like skateboarding and tennis or activities such as playing guitar.

I wish there was a quick fix but there isn't.

What joint are you having difficulties with? How about a cortisone shot? Then a strengthening and stretching program to try and prevent a reoccurrence. My final prescription... start Yoga it cures all ills. Go to a good studio and work with a teacher on a regular basis. Your skateboarding and tennis will be much improved.
