Hi guys i have used mac for some time for work and i use my laptop when going out doing quotes and i then make all my quotes in Apple pages, i have recently got a showroom and put a new computer in, the issue im having is everyone who works can see my personal stuff on here, But i have linked this computer with my apple ID so pages interacts with it and they get the up to date quotes auto updated, the problem i have is all my personal email and photos are also visible.
I am wondering how to get a separate login for the staff so they only get my pages linked and work emails not all my personal things.
im no macgeek and struggling to find out how to do this and get it set up would love some help if possible TIA Lee

You are referring to a Mac probably? (you posted this in the iOS forum).

If your are on a Mac: here is Apple‘s guide on how to add an additional user to your Mac. Add a user - name, password - then you e.g. switch to the new user account, under which nobody will see your personal stuff if you not allow so.
