how come my iphone 5s with its 'desktop-class' 64bit a7 cpu lags and barely copes with the business insider webpage eating through battery percentage, like 20% in 10 minutes of reading articles, being extremely hot (more so than in rr3) at the same time?

what gives?

btw, i know theres an app...

The website works fine and like any other website on my 5S. Maybe try a clean restore? Turn of icloud syncing if enabled.
