If Crytek bothered to port it to Mac, sure, why not. It would even have ray tracing 
P.S. I played through the original Crysis using a MacBook Pro with a 9600M. It worked fine.

I recently played it with BlackFire mod in CrossOver and it worked really good.
Maybe if CrossOver 20 is compatible with Apple Silicon could be tested again
