If I buy the iphone 5s and use it for a couple days and don't like it, can I got back to my jailbroken iphone 5 and use it just like i left it or will I have to restore the iphone 5?

Just put your sim back in your iPhone 5 and turn it back on 😕

I am on verizon, have no reason to take out sim

For CDMA phone, you will need to have Verizon switch the phones back and forth for you (unless someone knows another method)

I use only GSM due to it's ease of use in issues such as this

I can go online to switch the phone back and forth myself, i just wanted to make sure when I did this I would not lose my jailbrake. Thanks

No, you will not lose the JB.
The phone will be JB and just the way you left it before unless you plug it to iTunes and restore it.

iPhone to iPhone on Verizon you just take the sim out and put it in the new one. I traded a white iPhone 5 for a black one about 2 months ago and all I did was power down both phones, move my sim card over to the new phone and powered it up. Went through activation and it was good to go.

Verizon is CDMA no Sim

Ummmm. There is a micro SIM card in the right side of the phone. So yes, their 4G phones she SIM cards.

Use SIM cards... Sorry for auto correct. Their 3G phones didn't use them... But all 4G phones in Verizon need a sim card for access.
