Has anyone managed to exchange their Apple Online Store bought MBP with one from an Apple Retail store? I'm really hoping to avoid another 2-3 week wait time to ship my defective MBP back and get a new one (and no guarantee it'll be better). My Applecare rep refuses to do this; just wondering if it's worth trying to escalate.
