Okay, due to my escalating concerns brought on my each new complaint I read about Mac Mall, I broke-down and called them regarding a shipping estimate for an order placed yesterday for a MacBook. Their website lists the item as "in-stock, with same day shipping". However the lady I spoke with says that my order is still in the verification stage (even though my cc has already been charged), and she couldn't give me a shipping estimate. In fact she kept trying to give me another number to call for any further questions - which seems to imply that this could be an ordeal that I would need to phone them about (again). I don't know about you, but I rarely ever phone a company regarding online sales. That's the beauty of shopping online (that and no sales tax!). Anyway, these people are definitely not the "#1 Apple Direct Reseller".
Again, if I had to do this over again, I might very well just pay the extra $100 and order it through a more reputable merchant - probably Amazon.
