Buy iphone without SIM installed(Apple/AT&T)?

Hi, I'm planning on purchasing a iphone4 so that I can sell it on ebay. Is their anyway to order the phone from Apple/AT&T without them preloading a micro-SIM into the phone. I remember when I got my 3GS the SIM was already in the phone and I would rather order one without a SIM so I don't have to break the seal. Thanks again!

Nope, I believe all iPhones sold through Apple or their carriers have SIM cards in place.

If you would like to have an unlocked (sim card free) iPhone you could get it from Apple for $599. AT&T iPhones all come with sim cards for $200, there is a cancelation fee for $325 to end your service, but it will still save you $75. It would be reasonable to choose the second option if your buying an iPhone 4 since you can take out the sim card. If your buying an iPhone previous to the iPhone 4 then you should just get it from Apple.
