Buy Leopard in US for us in UK?

My housemate is off to the states jus after Leopard is released, if he buys the Family pack in the US is there any issues with using it in the UK? It's £30 cheaper!

Should be no problem at all. I guess technically you'd need to declare it at Customs but I mean... yeah...
