Hi
Should I buy now the iPad or the iPad Pro?
Or should I wait?

I heard they were suppose to be coming out with new iPads soon but I'm not sure if that's true or not
Ya, I heard this rumor to.. this is the reason that I've ask in this forum

If you absolutely need an iPad today, buy it. Otherwise, wait 30 days or so and see what Apple announces/releases soon.

Tnx
Maybe do you have a better source about new releases?
Or macrumors.com is the best in business??

Yeah man I'd probably wait either way cause if they do come out with a new one you can get the older one cheaper or just get the new one.

There are rumors of an event for new iPads and Macs later in October. If you check the "leaks", there are product specs and info starting to show up across Twitter and the Apple blogs.

My advice remains, as always, pretty simple. If you absolutely need a device now, buy it. If you can wait, then wait. Especially in the September - October time frame, as it concerns Apple products.

Ive been kind of eying getting another Ipad mini or pro model and here is an observation ive had, most of the stores in my area have very low or depleted stock of the mini and 9.7 pro model...even best buy in a 250 mile radius so makes me wonder if stores anticipate an announcement soon or not.

I have a need to buy a new iPad for my mother. She recently got an iPhone and really liking the experience, but her current iPad is gen 3, so that compared to iPhone 6s requires tons of patience, even for an elderly.

I have been checking the refurb store hoping to snag iPad Air 1, but it hasn't been available in ages.

BTW, what happened to refurb.me app for iPhone?

Apple gives you a 14 day return policy. So if you bought it October 6th, we should know if there's an iPad event before your 14 days is up..

What about an iPad Air 2 refurb instead of the iPad Air 1? The (refurb) 128 GB iPad Air 2 is the best value for money IMHO at the moment. We have both Air 1 and Air 2 in use here, and I'd go for the 2. The 2 also has 2 GB of RAM as opposed to the 1 GB in the original iPad Air, and I think the next iOS cutoff point will be devices with 1 GB of RAM, personally.
