Buy sprint 4s and will GSM side be unlocked?

Looks like someone is receiving the same information I got about the SIM GSM being "UNLOCKED" for international use. The reps. I spoke to both at Sprint and Apple were right on with their information:

i know there is a separate thread going on for
1) Verizon and
2) GSM Unlocked iPhones from apple store
