Buy US S3 LTE watch, activate it in Bell Canada

Anyone able to activate US version S3 LTE with Canada Bell?

Technically it is the same model with same frequency. I am concerning if Apple has software restrictions to blocking us to activate US watch in Canada or vice versa. Has anyone done it recently?
