If i buy an app like Plants Vs. Zombies for my IPad 2 will my girlfreind be able to put it on her iphone 4 or vice versa even though we have two seperate accounts?

we do use the same computer to synce itunes with.

what about when i get my iphone will we be able to have it on all 3 devices?

(waiting for the iphone 5 cause i have verizon and already had the droid x so when my plan runs out iphone 5 should be out)

They would need to be syncing to one itunes account.
 
If she buys plants Vs zombies on her iPhone, when you get yours you can log onto her account. Go to settings, store, then log into her account and download it. Thats what my friend and I do.
 
You can download and run apps using any iTunes account, however after some time that applications will stop running, and you'll need to redownload them again via correct account (or sync with iTunes using that account? don't know for sure). Also as far as I remember synchronization with iTunes will remove all apps, which where downloaded using other account.
