Oh yeah, the only problem I had was trying out the Migration Assistant. It was pretty cool to configure the wireless network between my old PowerBook and my new MBP. But it installed all kinds of file documents on my Applications folder. I also couldn't use the color calibration app so I decided to reinstall the OS with the supplied disk. Kind of a PITA but it was necessary as Migration Assistant fouled things up.
I haven't picked up another copy of Disk Warrior yet, but that should keep things in order if you need it anymore, otherwise keeping a back up, and finally a clean install that I've only need to do when the computer is new and installed something wrong.
