I would appreciate some advice on buying an imac. I live in the UK, if I were to buy at the moment I would buy the i7 processor with the 2gb video card. Reading this forum I understand that Apple are due to upgrade this model in the near future. The question is simple, do I buy now or wait (which is difficult as I want my hands on a Apple sooooo Muchhhhhh) for the new model. Is there a track record for Apple to release new products if so what is it and also what is the likley sepc of the new imac? many regards:confused:

    Track record.

Anyway, an update is expected to happen between April and July.

Does the current iMac not satisfy your computational needs?

I know how you feel, you want the iMac now but with everything I've read the new one is just around the corner. So unless you are without a machine ( and must have one for work or something) then wait. When they announce the new model you can still go the refurb 2011 route if the new model doesn't seem a big enough upgrade( that's my current plan).
Can't wait to get one though!
