Buying a Macbook for Univeristy :)- Few questions

Don't buy an extra case, ie computer bags - You will hate life.

Get a sleeve, so you can just thow it inside your bookbag. It will be easier to carry, less likely to forget it, and it doesn't scream - "EXPENSIVE COMPUTER - ROB ME"
 
does macmall give you the student discount?

also will they do the free ipod as well?

no tax seems like a big incentive to go with them
