hey all. i was about to pull the trigger and buy the mbp w/ the touch but then the news about nvidia's graphics cards popped up.

does anyone have any idea when this will be resolved and be integrated into the macbook pros?

at this rate, i think i might as well wait for the nehalem.... august right?

if you're waiting for nehalem, you'll be waiting for like a year.

get a mbp when you need it and buy applecare

you are probably confusing monteniva with nehalem the former is indeed expected out in aug. while the latter will most likely come out some time next year

who knows when theres going to be a MBP upgrade, could be a month, could be a few months. Most of the nVidia issues are with older pros, the people that are having issues have had them for about a year, most of the people buying them now aren't having issues. Also if you get it and its screwed up, you've got a year ton get it fixed/replaced. And the next gen could be worse as far as technical problems... everyones always waiting for the next gen to be some perfect jesusbook pro...
