Buying a new iPad Pro in a store is like shopping for a TV

I realized that tonight. You walk in and you look at the 11... then you look at the 12.9... then the 11... then the 12.9. Once you finally choose and get it home, and you don't have the other to compare it to... all is well, at least in my book!

This year, it's not an easy decision at all! I am coming from the 10.5 and while I didn't need this, I can't help myself and I have to have the latest and greatest. Stopped by MicroCenter tonight just to really look and play with them. While comparing web pages, YouTube videos, etc, I looked down and saw all their NEW iPad Pro's were on sale, $100 off. So I had to do it.. I grabbed an 11inch 64gig Wifi model for $699 (tax knocked it up for $749). Of course they didn't have the Keyboard Folio... I guess those are hard to find right now?

When I was in the Apple store exchanging the 12.9 for an 11 I actually did pause for a second because in the Apple store the 11 looks like a Tic Tac compared to the 12.9.

Tell me about it. It almost looks like an iPad mini compared to the 12.9, but in the end, it's the perfect size.. in my opinion.

Agree 100%. Have not experienced one secret of regret exchanging for the 11.

Main thing for me is knowing what I want walking in so that the evaluation is easier when I'm in there. I typically do so much research prior to purchase that seeing an item in person is merely a formality. I'm sure for many of you it's the same.

I do it with tablets, phones and even cars. Heck, I ordered my last 3 cars by phone and specified everything to the salesmen.

In the store, I also thought that the 11" looked tiny compared to the 12.9", while the 12.9" seemed kind of like a slightly bigger version of the traditional iPad. It was enough to convince me that the 12.9" would not feel way too big to me.

I couldn't find an ASK for the IPP 11 anywhere besides the online apple store.

I thought the 12.9 model was the 11 model until I noticed the 11 out of the corner of my eye. That kinda blew me away LOL.

I thought the iPhone XS Max was the Apple Watch, too.

I thought it was the new Series 4. Store guy was super confused, he said the BMW dealer was across the street

You can get a 65" Vizio for $699. Then get a base iPad for $299. And still have some cash left for Wendy's
