But anyway, unless you are getting the disks with the offer, I wouldn't buy it. For all we know, he got CS4 off a torrent site. Which means, you could buy a cheap Mac refurbished and download it yourself.

Also, the exterior quality would be the finalizing deal breaker for me.

That's a Core Duo. MA199LL. The OPs is a Core 2 Duo MA710LL.
