    Hi everyone!

I'm currently in the process of buying a used MacBook Air 13" Early 2015 and am curious about how the performance of a used MacBook compares with a new one.
He bought it in Summer 2015 and has only used it once per week while in university over the course of about one month and only worked with it at home since then.
The pictures he sent me show no signs of damage in any way, which seems probable after only using it as long as described before.
Including to that, it would be about the same price at 8GB of RAM as a new one off of Amazon with 4GB of RAM, which makes it seem like a good deal to me.
My only question left is, whether a MacBook of the same type generally performs worse, when having been "activated" half a year sooner and only been used as much as much as he said he did.

Thanks a lot for helping me!

There will be zero difference in performance or speed.
