I have talked about this in the UK order thread but I might as well bring it up in a new one. I've heard good things about Borderlinx from friends buying iPhones from the UK to Sweden before they are released here, which is the case with may Apple Products. My case might be different. It might be good to know how their customer service will handled my case to see how its resolved if things go wrong. The 28th of April i placed an order: Apple Watch Sport 38mm Silver Aluminium Case with White Sport Band it shipped the 30th and arrived the 1st of May at the Borderlinx depot. Borderlinx uses DHL and it was shipped the 5th of may due to the Bank holiday in the UK. When my package was sent from DHL in the UK i received a text where I could select to pick up my parsel at my local DHL agent. Or have it delivered to my home during 8-5pm I selected having it delivered to my local DHL agent. So for the most of the day i have been checking the status of my package, it said out with a courier for the most of the day until around 4:45 pm. where it said "delivered signed for by (not my name) nor anyone in this apartment building. DHL is investigating this now obviously they ******* up. Hopefully its something that can be solved and I can get my Package, If not hopefully Borderlinx will live up to their part since i did pay 10 pounds for insurance. Borderlinx chat support where kind of daft and robotic "it says it has been delivered to your address" They have advised me to wait two business days before we can do more with my lost package.
