Yes, good deal and great little machine.
I’ve the same identical system and it’s probably the best Mac I’ve ever owned, and I’ve owned many of them since 1986 (including all MacPro generations until 2019).
My only advice, once a year use the vacuum cleaner to remove the dust from the bottom to let it “breathe” correctly.
