Buying an Iphone 3G Tomorrow...

I'm going to buy Iphone 3G tomorrow at apple store in Tampa (international plaza). But I'm from Puerto Rico (my bother live in tampa) and I've the intention to cancel my contract in september... Do I just have to pay the 175 fee and the phone is mine? or I've to pay some extra charges to keep the phone??? Please anyone answer me, thank you.

Yes, if you cancel in September, you'll only have to pay the ETF and you can keep the phone.
