Buying an iPhone 4

Do you guys know where to buy an iPhone 4 without contract from At&t besides Apple Store. Does all At&T store let you buy full-priced iPhones? I am an AT&T user and I am currently using an iPhone 4, but I'm looking to buy 1 extra for a birthday present for my cousin.

I think you can buy them off contract for $599 and $699 respectfully at the Apple and AT&T store.

You should buy I phone from the Walmart or RadioShack. You have pay some down payment and there is a no contract with AT&T. I think this deal is good for you .
