Well I'm sure this question gets asked a lot, but which mac should I buy? I like the iMac but it doesn't have the portabilty of the MacBook. Give me some insite please, I'm sure this is a sin to say on here but it will be my first mac of anykind!

What are you doing. Most the time I'd say just get the MacBook, it's got enough power and portability for most new users.
